• Cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
• Credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
• We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.
• Please note: The properties are located on different addresses. Property address will be provided once the booking has been confirmed.
• A R1,000 damage deposit, payable on check-in, refundable within 10 business days after checking out, given no damage or loss to property.
